She built UtopiaX to help enterprise leaders turn a culture of fear around failure into a culture of innovation, and has delivered keynotes and programs for organisations including Deloitte, IAG, Austrade, Bupa, Investa and Dulux.
Christina is also Co-CEO of SingularityU Australia, where she opened the first Australian chapter, host of the Inspired for Impact podcast, and an Action Council member of the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center.
She has spoken on stages including SXSW (Austin and Sydney), Vivid Ideas, and Creative Innovation. Her thinking is grounded in doctoral-level research into Creativity and Innovation.

Raz O'Connor is a brand designer with over 25 years of experience working with local and global brands, ranging from up-and-coming startups to established household names. His passion for user-centric design is evident in every aspect of his work, from branding and web design to brand management and beyond. With a rare blend of strategic acumen and creativity, Raz crafts unforgettable experiences for clients and their audiences and at every stage of the journey, he deftly balances inspiration, business objectives, and compelling storytelling to produce powerful and distinctive results. Originally from London, Raz honed his graphic design skills at several London agencies working with clients as diverse as Yamaha, Sony, the RFU and the FA. In 2006, he boldly ventured into the world of freelance quickly attracting high-profile clients from the arts and healthcare sectors and in 2011, he moved to Australia and started the design studio Ronnoco focusing on brand development, UI design and digital experiences.
Chris Veltheim is an experienced entrepreneur, software designer and business leader with a focus on innovation and the technology industry. He is the CEO of Course Rebel, a leading provider of custom software solutions and the innovators behind Launch Pads. Launch Pads are a ‘phygital’ solution for content creators to curate experiences that drive digital transformation, business disruption and innovation. Chris has over 20 years experience in the tech industry and he has a proven ability to identify opportunities and bring new products and services to market. Chris’ clients and collaborators include Deloitte, RACQ, Nandin/ANSTO, YPO, WAVIA, QSNTS, Envirobank, VISY, GCFF, Wellbeing at Work just to name a few. Before starting Course Rebel, Chris held executive positions at global organisations with a variety of roles in international business, education, software development, event and conference management and community building.
Hayley Neil is a project manager and podcast producer with a passion for crafting unique and impactful experiences that connect and inspire. With over 7 years of experience in the Australian startup ecosystem, Hayley has managed high-level cohorts of startups at innovation centers such as Spacecubed Innovation, Plus Eight Accelerator, SingularityU, and WeWork Labs, as well as collaborated with Samsung and Harrison AI to create immersive experiences for their brand activations and product launches. Her love for storytelling extends to podcast production, where she specialises in crafting podcast series, including the Inspired for Impact podcast, Inner Chief Podcast, Disability Spot, and sporting podcasts in Netball and AFL. Hayley is passionate about creating meaningful connections, exploring new passions, and designing immersive experiences that spark creativity and collaboration.
